Notice on the Protection of Personal Data

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed, in the capacity of data controller, by Altıntaş Yatırım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("Global Pass"), within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed and Method of Collection

Personal data such as your full name, email address, telephone number and country/nationality (where shared) and the content of your message is collected electronically through our email correspondence or other communication channels established directly with you.

3. Purposes of Processing

The personal data collected is processed, strictly for these purposes, to assess and respond to your enquiry, to provide information about our services, to establish and conduct a potential business relationship, and to fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK ("directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract") and Article 5(2)(f) ("necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller").

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities only where required to fulfil our legal obligations or upon the request of a competent public institution, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Other than the communication channel you use to reach us (for example, email), your data is not currently transferred to any third-party service provider. Once an online contact form is activated on the website, this section will be updated to reflect the form’s technical infrastructure, including whether a third-party email service provider is used.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised within a reasonable period following the cessation of the purpose for which it was processed, for as long as required by that purpose and subject to any statutory limitation periods.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that any correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis conducted exclusively through automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
